i had a McDonalds steak & cheese and this funky sandwich got me sick like a dog. dont eat this unless you want to get sick, then again some people stomach can take anything.

I only order the Hot and Spicy sandwich from there or the egg mcgriddle ...If I want McDs. Otherwise I cook.

Not everything is good to order from any fast food joint.
