My God Man!! How many recipes you need to make chicken? Frying pan, oil, flour, salt, pepper, season salt. Fry till you don't see blood coming out iite!
Don't make it black :( Turn it over and over till it's Golden Brown. It's that simple. Get a plate put it on. Then eat it with hot sauce or ketchup.
Whatever you want put on it. Done Now. seen :)

here's a site i just googled. it looks like it would work.
try the recipes and see which one yields the best result. I like my chicken crispy so i make a batter instead of dustin it in plain old flour. Or if u wanna skip the mess of a batter add alil baking powder to the flour. Oh and those recipes that tell u to use bread crumbs for fried chicken dont follow them. bread crumbs are for baking frying only burns them.
for tender chicken (this is only if i want to impress someone or if im cooking for my mother who cant really eat oily) i season it then kinda pressure cook it (IN THE SEASONING) so that itS supper tender. i fry it lightly just to make it golden brown and crispy.
deep fat frying yields the quickest results.

Temp. management is also key to good chicken frying, I love to cook, but it is not till I started watching Good Eats on Food Network, i understood temp. management, choosing right pots, what seasonings will compliment what, how to tenderise meat, keep it moist etc.
Alton Brown is King.
