The weights I lift is my fork....
Free Thinkers are those who are willing to use their minds without fearing to understand things that clash with their own customs, beliefs for priviledges. This state of mind is not common, but it is essential for right thinking; where it is absent, discussion is apt to become worse than useless.

I can benchpress 200 lbs. I curl 50 pounds and i havent squatted becuz my back started to hurt me but last time it was 200 lbs.

Ma peeps telling me its unhealthy to be benchpressing so much at such a young age so i have decided to do lots of repitions. But i sitll do it occasionally to make sure i dont lose that strength

Seems like this thread caters only to men. There are a few women like myself who enjoys keeping her body looking great.

I do strength and weight training, i have gotten slack on my routine but i still try to keep up.

I do squats, bench press, leg press and extensions, curls and the works.

my mother has like two 3 pound weights but i know that its not much but it is strength training, (more repetitiions with lighter weights= strength) but as for the building, i don't focus om my upper body, i just lie down and put my heavy text books on the soles of my feetand push upwards. (rock hard gluteous maximus).
