The price of U.S. light crude oil reached a record high US$41.85 per barrel. The current price is the highest ever since the New York Mercantile Exchange launched the crude contract in 1983.

The nation, not yet acclimatised to the $1.55 per litre increase that was implemented at the pumps last Thursday, will, experts say, have to brace itself for another increase in the coming days.

According to Zia Mian, an international consultant on information technology and energy, per litre prices at the pumps are the tip of the iceberg. "The problem for Jamaica is not at the pump level but how much foreign exchange is needed in order to finance the import bill," he said

It's the same here in Canada and the USA, everyone is complaining about the rise in oil price. This is something else we can blame on Shrubs and his stupid war, or at least its a contributing factor.

Right I can just see you now coming home from the supermarket with 5 bags of grocerys on that.
Free Thinkers are those who are willing to use their minds without fearing to understand things that clash with their own customs, beliefs for priviledges. This state of mind is not common, but it is essential for right thinking; where it is absent, discussion is apt to become worse than useless.

    LOL!

That was my main problem in getting a bike. Not enough space to carry anything. It's just basically used to transport you around the place. Not to carry your groceries.
