Is that so strange? Say 80% percent of the men who got tested had reason to believe that they got jackets. The other 20% had nothing to do so they went for it too. Now, what's so weird if less than 50% of the 80% (ie.33%) of the men who had reason to believe that they were duped were uhm...actually duped. The figures don't seem so far out to me.

I for one am surprised by the number of illegitimate children out there. 33% is Radical. That means 1/3 of the Jamaican CaribYardies don't know their real daddies.
