Guava Pudding

INGREDIENTS
3 eggs separated
3/4 pt milk
sugar to taste
about 6 ripe guavas, sieved
2 ozs sugar for meringue
METHOD
Mix together egg yolk and milk. Add sugar and guavas. Cover with meringue made of beaten egg whites and 2 ozs sugar. Bake in a moderate oven 350 degrees F until brown.
