Grenada anyone???

Hey, i was wondering if anyone has ever been to Grenada? Can anyone tell me a little bit about the island? Like is it well developed and is there a lot of crime etc. I mean, there is only so much you can find on the internet so I wanted someone who had first hand experience. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Well Root_gal..to answer some of your questions:

I won't say Grenada is well develop..it has some long roads to go still. The crime rate is relatively low for now but there are some serious problems with gang violence.
Grand Anse beach, a three mile white sand beach is world famous...ranked in the top 10 beaches i believe (Picture seen below. Also famous for its spices such as Nutmeg.
