Lol, I actually don't know what serious gang violence is and I hope I never have to. I'm from Mandeville, not Tivoli. The most serious "gang" violence I have ever seen is mean girls teaming up to laugh at some unfortunate didn't have genuine CK or something . So serious problems with gang violence would scare the shiznit out of me.
