Use lotions with hydrating properties like Jergens and Keri.... they're pretty good for dry skin. Cocoa butter is good for healthy skin too.

Dove has really good moisture products. I suggest their line of bodywashes as soap replacement, since soap tends to dry the skin out. They also make a pretty good line of moisture rich lotions and skin cremes as well. Keri as it was mentioned is a really good moisturizing lotion as well.

Increasing your water intake will also help to ease with dry skin.

-Hydrate from the inside- drink lots of water
-Do not use baby oil, it does not hydrate; it only makes skin oily
-I recommend Keri and Nivea body lotions
-Eat alot of fish, it's good for the skin
