Grenada wins gold at Chelsea Flower Show

ST GEORGE'S, Grenada: Grenada’s Chelsea Team led by Suzanne Gaywood won another gold medal for its display at the Annual RHS Chelsea Flower Show, held in London from May 22 – 26 2007.

There you’ll find the world’s leading garden designers, nurseries and growers showing off stunning displays in what becomes one of the most exclusive and exciting showcase of dazzling array of plants from the traditional to the exotic from Cornwall to the Caribbean, Sweden to South Africa and Jersey to Grenada.

This year’s presentation focused on a fisherman’s shelter, nestling in a tranquil bay where its derelict jetty has been worn away by the theme “Time & Tide”. This display impressed the judges with its accurate depiction of floral arrangement and attention to detail.
