Default cosmetic procedures on their most private parts?

Women are turning to cosmetic procedures on their private parts to improve their sex lives. Using so called “sexual-enhancement procedures” such as G-Shot (injecting the G-spot with collagen to plump it up to size), ******l tightening, labia reshaping, liposuction of the mons pubis (whatever that is) and reduction of the skin around the clitoris are just some of the ******l cosmetic procedure done.
Would you consider any of these procedures for yourself or your partner to spice up your sex life?

Here is an interesting article on the subject.

Dr. Matlock, known for his appearances on the E! channel show Dr. 90210, insists that enlarging a woman's G-spot renders it more accessible and sensitive to the touch for a period of up to four months.

Staltare, a 33-year-old restaurant publicist who has had the $1,850 procedure twice before for free — and is getting it gratis again today in exchange for letting me watch — couldn't agree more.
"It's like having a mini-heartbeat in my crotch," she explains, a sensation that arouses her even during yoga and spinning classes, or when she drives along bumpy roads. During sex, Staltare says, she has volcanic, multiple orgasms "like huge waves that keep lifting me higher and higher."

Just how do you come up with those subjects?
As for the question, no. I don't see the need to spend money that I don't have for troubles that I don't have either.
We, the unwilling, led by the unknowing, are doing the impossible for the ungrateful. We have done so much, for so long, with so little,we are now qualified to do anything with nothing.
