How is this any different from doin pushups with just your hands?
All it does is provide the simple natural wrist/arm movement when your arms are being extended. But how much of a better workout dat give yuh dan doing it wid yuh hands?

    Pfff. I'll pass.

AA trust me my yute like i said im the last one to believe in these products but i tried it at my gym. bredren when you do the twist motion you feel the movement even in your shoulder blades. The twisting thing meks a big difference. Like i said i never believed until i tried it. also the way you have to twist your arm it even cause you to firm up your belly too. The infomercial overhype it still but it works man.

I'm sure it works... but not as well as other complete machines. Push ups on a whole, if done properly strengthens your abs. If you use arms alone, you'll tire easily and probably hurt yourself. The twist probably only gives you 20% more effectiveness with about the same amount more effort. Not worth it IMO.

That's $2,800 JM. Him can waste it on buying new computer memory or a pack of blank CD's or a full tank of gas or him internet bill for a month wid some lunch money left or lunch money for a week.
