How do you make bammy?

I had some awesome bammy over the weekend. My first instinct was to source the caterer for Daydreams but I was unsuccessful. So, I decided to try the next best thing. I always thought that bammy was nasty tasting but this was really good. It was sweet and crunchy. I want to make it because I don't know where I can buy some like that. So can someone post the recipe for crunchy and sweet bammy or where I can get some?

Come make it nuh. Where would I get cassava from? You have to bring pots and pans though.

HMMMM.....Bammmy unu call it now nuh A_A? Rooty... they sell bammy in the supermarket. How it taste is up to you. You supposed to soak it in milk before you fry so maybe you can season the milk to get your "sweet" taste and crunchy all comes down to the frying.
