    That's what I heard from a fitness nut but don't take my word for it. It seemed plausible though. You know what I notice? Ab workouts give you more energy to do the rest. After a week of situps and leg ups....everything becomes easier.

    Well one of the most important machinery you need to get real results from exercise is your Determination ..and Consistency .With the right attitude you'll make it happen.. Been exercising myself...it helps..i don't nod off at work anymore and have energy throughout the day.
