    Default Vote now for athletes of the year

    Vote now for the IAAF 2008 athletes of the year.
    Usain Bolt and Veronica are now in the lead. Let's make sure it remains this way.

    Please note you need to select at least 3 athletes in both the male and female categories.

    And you don't have to vote for 3. I only voted for Bolt and our girls.

    He's a long jumper. I think they're going to choose the top three and then a selection committee will make the final decision. So Bolt should be safe.

    Providing he is still in the top 3. Don't take it for granted people. Still Vote. That's why Asafa lost last year or the year before I think. He didn't make the top 3. The year after he won it... I think he lost the following year because no one really voted. They thought he was a shoe-in.

    Usain made the top 3 in this but Veronica Campbell and Melaine Walker did not make it even though they had the most votes so why bother with the online voting if you don't respect it? What is the sense? The pole vaulter, Isinbeyeva, Tirunish Debaba and I think Blank Vlasic were the finalists....none of which were in the top 3. WOW!
