Need corned pork recipe. help!!!!

So I finally found some corned pork in this place. But have no idea how to cook it. Ask my mom — she has never cooked it, my aunt doesn't eat pork so she has no idea. Does anyone here know how?

Mommy usually soaked it out, then cooked it in a large pot. I am not sure if she pressure cooked it though. with pigeon peas and rice. Amma ask her later. Thing always smelled nasty to me. Ugh!!
