Default Church attendance leads to longer life

Church dodgers, godless pagan savages, iniquity workers Hallelu, if you think it’s only the afterlife you have to worry about when you don’t go to church, then learn this:
Attending a weekly religious service, regardless of your faith, may lower your risk of death by 20 percent compared to people who don't attend services, researchers are reporting.

25Let us not give up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but let us encourage one another—and all the more as you see the Day approaching.

Good reason to attend church, unless some real world issue is the cause. Then that would have to be dealt with.

When you think about it, it makes sense.

Many who go to church, believe in the teachings, and try to live according to the principles. These principles include guidance on healthy living - proper diet, avoidance of things that would harm the body (alcohol, hard drugs, risky sexual behaviour), rest and exercise. Also there is the stress relief in having that relationship with your Creator and knowing that He will be there to support you.

Or maybe it is the act of fellowship, which can be done outside of a church, and is not necessarily confined to a religous context.

Great to see you back Bahama Mama....

And that's one of the reasons I'm not convinced that church going is a necessity for salvation...nor a pre-requisite.

So true. Cause man can save themselves from their own demise. So lets all gather around and meet, so that we can live longer and be happy, without having to go to that dreadful place call church.

Churches are a good alternative to parties. Most times in simple parties you can have some form of violence, don't usually hear fightings in church
