    Default weight loss strategy

    If you want lose weight just drink a full glass of water before u eat. wait 5 minutes then try to eat. After first 5 bites u may start to feel full. Be careful, u might lose alot of weight fast!

    Dats why I don't drink before I eat. Because I end up being full a lot quicker and leave back food inna mi plate. Cho.

    Me eat first and den drink water after, when things digest.
    But if I ever need to lose weight, I'll keep that in mind.

    i dont think this work because, u gonna feel full because of the water, but like an hour later u gonna be hungry again because u never had much to eat in the first place

    There's a phrase saying "Eat like a king in the morning, a prince at noon and like a poor in the evening." And it works for me.

    Guys, there are some many ways to lose weight, and I'm sure we all know quite a few of them. The real question is what should an individual do to gain and maintain the discipline needed....???
    You know what?! Just live everyday as if it's your last.
    Why? Because one of these days, you're gonna be sooo right.
