Car crash cop still unidentified

The police, after two weeks, are yet to identify the cop who was driving an unmarked service car which rammed into a house in Greater Portmore, causing extensive damage to the structure as well as to furniture and appliances...

I can't believe it. A car assigned to a station is crashed and 2 weeks later they can't identify the driver? Why not haul in the senior officer in charge of the station for dereliction of duties or similar? Apparently the JCF operates like a patty shop.

Cover up any one ....how they know is an officer ?
if they know that much they should be able to determine his identity by pulling his badge number or by pulling his personal info .
How come this man is a officer and nuh travel with ID?

if he has a gun his gun has a number that should be able to be used.

OR
if all the above fails wha happen no station inna the country cant account for a member who has not reported for duty in the past few weeks.
