If you only knew BCK. You will always say is JLP but you really have no clue what's going on on the ground... or what the grapevine is saying and I shan't repeat!
What is taking this JLP govt so long to sort out the extradition of Dudus?
What are they afraid of?

Women want one man to satisfy all their needs and men want all women to satisfy their one need!
Not as easy as it seems BCK personally the man has never entered the US and they want him. One question why is it that they cannot present the evidence they have on the man to the department of justice. The truth is the PNP signed a treaty that does not uphold the right of the person being extradited. The US need only ask and we should send you away without an explanation bull**** i say.
Confucious say "he who knows not and knows that he knows not is a fool, shun him." "he who knows not and knows that he knows not, is a child teach him"
The should extradite Omar is what they should do.

Isn't a fair trial a right of all.. Why should any case be an exception ..Due process must take it's course if we are to uphold the laws of our land. The US does not extradite its citizens without due process why should we?
ooh i forgot we must quiver at Uncle Sam's feet.. psssshh!!
You took the word out of my mouth.
You know I would hope that if I am to be extradited that the government of the day would do all its due diligent and ensure that I am not being sent away on the whims and fancy of the US government. The request for extradition came in at the end of August making it only three months since the request came in.
I don’t support any gunman anywhere and if he is guilty then he should be charged and sentence. However a recent newspaper article stated that Dudus has never set foot in America so that mean that any crime they are charging him for must have been committed in Jamaica (whatever order he gave), so why aren’t we charging him for those crimes in Jamaica? In any event we need to let the process do its course; there is no way the government can sweep this under the carpet.
Revolution!!!
So what's going on with the extradition of Dudus now in 2010?![]()

Read moreThe Bruce Golding administration is reeling after a US State Department report revealed that all is not well between America and Jamaica over its refusal to extradite Tivoli Gardens strongman Christopher "Dudus" Coke.
In its annual International Narcotics Control Strategy Report released on Tuesday, the State Department raked the Jamaican Labour Party government over the coals for its refusal to extradite Mr. Coke seven months after a request was made.

EPIC FAIL JLP!

From what I see, there are 2 sides to this. Those who feel Bruce should juss give up di man, regardless of lack of evidence or not, to appease the Americans and those who feel that Bruce is defending the rights of a Jamaican and naw bow to big bad America, regardless if dem is a criminal or not.
I guess you can choose your side and run wid it.
Of course, anyone who stands up to big bad America will feel it, because we have more to lose than gain. But when it comes to defending our rights as an independent country, and not bowing to the US just because dem seh Boo, which decision do you take?
Really, it sticky, but from what I can see, Jamaicans more ready to bend over for the US, since the US has now become the very air we breath.
Why not let the courts decide, as they have in other cases, whether there is sufficient grounds to approve the extradition request? In other cases, the govt. did not stall the process like this. Requests have been sent for extradition of persons, and have been passed on to the courts, who have denied the request on legal grounds. Why not in this case?
Simple, Dudus knows too much dirt and if he talks, he will sink plenty "Big" people - some of whom are in the current govt.
There is no way the JLP will let that happen so easily. They are willing to sacrifice the nation to keep their secrets.
