Italy pulled a punk move in 2006 and got one of our best players barred from playing before they played us. It would have been a different story had that not happened.

But I will be objective and say that so far, they have played the best in the tournament. I am very optimistic about this cup's German team. They seem to have a good blend of youth and experience, and they are very efficient. Can't say the same for other teams. everybody else appeared to be struggling, except for South Korea, and maybe the Netherlands.

I'll agree, Germany has played one of the better games so far. Argentina played an OK game too, Brazil has disappointed although they pulled through. Oops, those aren't Group H ..

    Spain 2 Honduras nill.

Was an easy game for spain. Looked like Honduras neva did a play at all.

Honduras is out for next round. Toss up between Spain, Chile and Switz.

Last group to finish up their last group matches.

Chile is almost safe to the next round. They can go for a draw or a win to ensure a safe passage.
Spain and Switzerland need a win plus some goals to move through to the next round, otherwise their will be a tie and goal differences will count.
