No one is saying that. In fact, the Bible makes no statement about it one way or the other. No doubt, she was one of his principal followers.

Whether she had any high office or relations with Jesus would have been stripped from the Bible anyway, due to the Church's policies. In that aspect, I believe what Dan Brown has written.

I think it's a pluasible theory. It would explain why he appeared to her twice before anyone else. Obviously she was favoured. And for Jesus to go through his mortal life without experiencing one of the greatest joys that God has given man which is sexual union and as Dan Brown said...it was jewish custom for a man to marry and that it was strange that no one found it odd to mention in any scriptures the oddity of him not being married which would be seen as weird in those times. The catholic church shaped all religions of today no matter how deviated some may seem. They are still the mother church and they have done well to cover up other things so why not cover up Jesus' marriage and child? It seems very compelling....but without physical proof...it's hard to swallow. Question is, can faith be amplied in this particular situation?

I still think its nonsense. Christ was on earth for a mission. Yes, Ms. Magdalene was a personal favourite of his. But I find it ludicrous that you guys are gonna believe a presuppositional tale such as this. It sounds more like cosmically vaporous speculation that would make a sensational story and sell a lot of books. Maybe I should write a tale similar to this and make myself rich off the itching ears of conspiracy theorists. Because that's exactly what it is - just like the books of the Apocrypha.

What's even more fascinating is that people are more willing to believe fiction, and not the original truth. I bet these guys haven't even skimmed the bible from cover to cover yet, but I'm sure this "Da Vinci Code" book has been read cover to cover hundreds of thousands of times by people who probably haven't even read the bible before.

Do you guys realise that one of the seals of the Apocalypse is being fulfilled right now? The earth is so full of deception that people are more readily believing a lie, rather than the truth in God's word! Oy Vey!

Ok...there is not much support to the contray and even if it is true, how would that stop him from completing his task? He did, didn't he? What definitive proof do you have to dispell it in any event? The bible? Well the bible neither speaks for nor against such thing and what would be wrong if it si true in event?
